Currently, we are looking for a teamplayer for our certification department. You will support our business operations and ensure the proper organization of exams especially in the DACH area but also globally. The goal is to enable business success through customer focus and service driven certifications.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage the certification process from the beginning to the end
• Nurture a positive customer experience
• Support current and future customer needs with regard to their certification
• Monitor and develop quality management in your department
• Manage our exam proctors
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven working experience
• Customer oriented, empathetic, and results driven
• Excellent organization and negotiation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
• Good English skills, other languages are a plus
