Editor / Content Marketing Manager (german speaking)
Your tasks
- As an editor/content marketing manager, you are a central part of our marketing team and play a key role in increasing the visibility of our company and our certifications.
- You will be responsible for the strategic planning and creative execution of content and marketing campaigns for our German-language channels – from the initial idea to measuring success.
- You are responsible for our social media channels and design, write and optimize content to strengthen our brand message.
- You inspire with your creative ideas for new content and social media marketing formats, such as webinars, online events and article series.
- You write engaging copy for our website, newsletters, blog posts, video scripts and social media channels.
- You will also create multimedia content, including graphics and videos, for our channels.
- You will have editorial responsibility for the publication of our in-house trade magazine.
- You will ensure that the quality and consistency of your content is maintained across all platforms.
What do we expect from you?
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and are able to formulate your thoughts clearly and precisely.
- Your excellent writing skills in German set you apart. Not only when writing your own texts, but also when correcting and editing texts by other authors.
- You have a good command of English for working in our international team.
- Creativity is your key to success – we are looking for someone who can bring fresh and innovative ideas to our team.

Assistant to the Managing Director
Your tasks
As Managing Director Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the managing director in day-to-day business
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as email correspondence
- Coordinating appointments
- Preparing and organizing meetings, including taking minutes
- Managing travel arrangements and itineraries in cooperation with our travel agency
- Handling confidential documents and information with discretion
- Taking care of credit card and travel expenses billing in coorperation with our accounting team
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
What do we expect from you?
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office management assistant or hotel management assistant) and/or have relevant work experience in office management or front desk
- You have a professional, friendly manner and a confident communication style across all hierarchical levels
- You are used to working independently, carefully and in a structured manner
